Helloties Premium Cuvée
Pessac-Léognan AOC – Organic wine
In Greek mythology, “Helloties” was the name given by the Cretans to the festivals held in honour of Princess Europa, beloved by Zeus. With its “Les Helloties” selection, Château Bardins celebrates modern-day Europe. Indeed, as early as the beginning of the 1960s, France, Germany, Norway and Spain came together at Château Bardins through our parents.
Benoît Labarthe, winner of the 2011 poster competition for the Bayonne Festival, created this label. The design is built around the bear—featured on the family coat of arms—the abduction of Europa, and Château Bardins.
This wine is predominantly made from Cabernet Franc and is aged in new oak barrels. It is a dense, full-bodied wine that will delight lovers of powerful wines.

Our gourmet treats
At Château Bardins, the vineyard is surrounded by fruit trees, hedgerows, wildflower meadows, and woodland. We are committed to making the most of nature’s gifts as much as possible.
- Honey – Linden, acacia, or wildflower honey, produced by the bees of Bardins! The hives are located at the edge of the forest near the vineyard.
- Jams – Fig, plum, rhubarb.
- Kakis (persimmons) – available in season.
- Authentic Bordeaux “Guinettes” – available at Christmas and Easter – Morello cherries from Bardins, brandy, chocolate… and craftsmanship… A delicious partnership with master chocolatier Yves Landry.
- Cherries in brandy – A classic delicacy, highly appreciated at the end of a meal, but also used in many culinary creations.
- Grape juice – 100% energy boost, to be enjoyed pure or diluted with sparkling water… No added sugar and no preservatives!
- Vinaigre de vin
- Verjus – A condiment made from “green” juice, from grapes picked before ripeness. Some top chefs use it to deglaze or marinate, as well as in salad dressings. You can find many recipes using verjus online! Aunt Christiane loves chicken with honey and verjus, François is fond of pan-fried foie gras with verjus, and Manuela has cooked rabbit stew with verjus…
